General Terms and Conditions (AGB / Terms & Conditions)
(Effective: October 2025 – Switzerland)
1. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the online shop www.annamo.ch operated by ANNÀMO, c/o Langelo, Wehntalerstrasse 51, 8181 Höri, Switzerland.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in their entirety.
2. Products
All ANNÀMO products are created with great care and craftsmanship.
Most items are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the product’s uniqueness.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include no VAT according to Art. 10 MWSTG (small business exemption).
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are displayed during checkout.
International customers (EU/UK) are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order on the website, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).
The purchase contract is concluded once ANNÀMO confirms the order via e-mail.
ANNÀMO reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before order processing.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout, including but not limited to:
• Credit card
• PayPal
• Twint
All transactions are processed securely via the respective payment service provider.
ANNÀMO does not store any payment information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times:
• Switzerland: 3–7 business days
• EU & UK: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Shipping is handled by Swiss Post or equivalent carriers.
Delivery delays due to postal issues, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses are beyond ANNÀMO’s control.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Complaints
All items are made-to-order or handcrafted and are therefore non-returnable.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The wrong item was delivered
• The customer is dissatisfied due to a production issue
In such cases, the customer must contact annamo.info@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and fair solutions (e.g. repair, replacement, or partial refund) will be offered where appropriate.
No return or refund is possible for reasons of personal preference, fit, or minor variations in design.
8. Shipping Risk & Lost Parcels
The risk of loss or damage during shipping passes to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the postal carrier.
If a parcel is lost, the customer should immediately contact ANNÀMO at annamo.info@gmail.com, and a claim will be filed with the shipping provider.
9. Liability
ANNÀMO is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or damages caused by improper use of the products.
Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and texts on the ANNÀMO website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with ANNÀMO’s Privacy Policy, which complies with Swiss Data Protection Law (revDSG) and the EU GDPR.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law provisions (CISG excluded).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Zürich, Switzerland.
